Returns & Exchanges Policy:

At Muzeyy, we take immense pride in the artisanal craftsmanship and premium quality of our faux fur pieces. If your purchase does not entirely meet your expectations, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

  • Requests made after this 7-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for processing. 

2. Conditions for Eligibility

To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund, your Muzeyy piece must meet the following criteria:

  • Pristine Condition: The item must be completely unused, unaltered, and free of any signs of wear, scent, or damage.

  • Original Packaging: The bag must be returned in its original dust bag and protective box.

  • Tags Attached: The signature 'YOU DESERVE BETTER' gold-foil detail tag must remain intact and attached to the bag exactly as received.

3. How to Initiate a Request

To start a return or exchange, please connect with our concierge team:

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and a clear photo/video of the item showing its current condition.

  3. Dispatch: Once approved, our team will provide you with the return shipping address or arrange a courier pickup (depending on your location).

Note: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.
