At Muzeyy, we are dedicated to delivering your premium faux fur pieces safely, securely, and swiftly. We partner with Leopards Courier, one of Pakistan's most reliable logistics networks, to ensure your order handles with the utmost care from our design studio to your doorstep.

1. Delivery Timelines

All orders undergo a meticulous quality check before dispatch.

Order Processing: 1 to 2 business days.
Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Note: Deliveries may experience minor delays during national holidays, peak festive seasons, or severe weather conditions.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

To protect our shipments and ensure seamless delivery, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders undergo a mandatory verification process:

Once you place an order, our concierge team will reach out via a quick phone call or WhatsApp message to confirm your delivery details.
Orders will only be dispatched after verbal or digital confirmation. Unverified orders will be held for 48 hours before automatic cancellation.

3. Order Tracking

The moment your package is handed over to Leopards Courier, you will receive an automated SMS and email containing your unique Tracking ID. You can track your luxury parcel in real-time directly through the Leopards Courier portal.

4. Inspection upon Delivery

Since our bags are highly tactile and premium statement pieces, please ensure the delivery package is intact upon arrival. If you notice any significant structural damage to the external shipping box, please document it with a photograph before opening and contact our support team immediately.
