1. Online Store Eligibility

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are providing accurate, complete, and current purchase and account information.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, limit order quantities, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.

 2. Products, Textures, & Color Accuracy

  • Visual Variations: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our premium faux fur bags as accurately as possible. However, because digital screens vary and faux fur is a highly tactile material, slight variations in shade or pile texture may occur.

  • Pricing & Availability: All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any piece at any time.

 3. Order Placement & Cancellations

  • Verification: Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email or WhatsApp notification. This does not signify our final acceptance of your order.

  • Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our concierge team within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched to our courier partners, it can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a standard return/exchange.

 4. Payments & Delivery

  • We accept secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicators provided by our shipping partners. Muzeyy is not liable for minor delays caused by courier logistics, adverse weather, or unforeseen transit constraints.

 5. Intellectual Property

  • All content displayed on this storefront including the Muzeyy wordmark, custom product designs, imagery, size charts, and copy is the exclusive property of Muzeyy.

  • Any unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or exploitation of our visual assets or designs is strictly prohibited.

 6. Limitation of Liability

Muzeyy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our storefront or products.
